The Bill (Reg.№4399) envisages the decrease of the term of sanitation shift from 21 day to 14 days during the summer period and to 12 days during other periods of the year, aiming at the increase of the quantity of children that would have an opportunity to improve health in the sanatoriums and resorts at the expense of the Fund of Social Insurance on temporary working capacity loss.
During the discussion the People´s Deputies expressed certain remarks to it. In particular, the decrease of the recreation would restrict the rights of the child for the full termed rest and medical treatment and may bear negative impact on the organism of as child.
The People´s Deputies deem that the period determined by the laws is optimal period according to the norms of acclimatization and required course of the medical treatment.
